Designed for aspiring motorsport drivers and enthusiasts, the selection program gives participants an opportunity to experience the thrill of driving a real rally car and CrossKart in a professional track environment. It is designed to identify drivers with the potential to progress into competitive motorsport.
More Than a Driving Experience
The selection is the first step towards a larger driver development opportunity. Drivers who successfully progress through the selection process can get the opportunity to participate in the SIAL Season 3 10-round program, giving them multiple opportunities to drive, compete and develop throughout the season.
Across the program, drivers can build valuable experience in:
- Car control and driving technique
- Racecraft and competitive driving
- Track awareness and consistency
- Competition strategy
- Adapting to different track conditions
- Improving performance through repeated seat time
The objective is to provide drivers with a structured platform where they can learn through real competition, gain experience and continuously improve.
Rally Car & CrossKart
Participants can experience purpose-built motorsport machinery, including a rally car and CrossKart. The CrossKart offers a lightweight, rear-wheel-drive driving experience focused strongly on car control, while the rally car introduces drivers to the demands of competition-oriented driving.
