PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RISK DISCLAIMER

Mandatory Acceptance Before Registration

By registering for SLAT or any motorsports event conducted by Vision4Motorsports, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risk

Motorsports activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle collisions

  • Loss of control

  • Track hazards

  • Mechanical failure

  • Injury or death

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless:

  • Vision4Motorsports

  • Event organizers

  • Sponsors

  • Track owners

  • Officials and staff

From any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.

3. Medical Fitness

I confirm that:

  • I am physically and mentally fit to participate.

  • I do not suffer from any condition that would impair safe participation.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify Vision4Motorsports against any claims arising due to:

  • My negligence

  • Violation of event rules

  • Damage caused by me

5. Binding Agreement

This waiver is legally binding and enforceable under Indian law.

Participants must accept this waiver before completing registration.
