Welcome to Vision4Motorsports.com. By registering for SLAT or any motorsports event through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement as per event guidelines.

  • A valid driving license is mandatory (where applicable).

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete registration details.

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Registration & Slot Confirmation

  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Slot allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Confirmation will be sent via Email and/or WhatsApp.

3. Safety Compliance

Participants must:

  • Wear mandatory safety gear (helmet, gloves, etc.)

  • Follow marshal and official instructions at all times

  • Comply with track rules and technical regulations

Violation may result in disqualification without refund.

4. Vehicle Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for the condition of their vehicle.

  • The organizer is not liable for mechanical failures or damages.

5. Media Rights

Vision4Motorsports reserves the right to:

  • Capture photos and videos during the event

  • Use participant images for promotional and marketing purposes

No compensation will be provided for such usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vision4Motorsports shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury, death, or property damage

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Participation is entirely at the individual’s own risk.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, rules, or policies at any time for safety or operational reasons.
