Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Confirmation

Your SLAT/event registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations must be requested via email to info@vision4motorsports.com.

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event on the registered date will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Vision4Motorsports cancels or reschedules an event due to weather, safety, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be offered either

    • A full refund, or

    • Slot transfer to the next available event

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

Payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted if applicable.
